Adora Trails

Adora Trails started as a low-density master planned community, originally called Mountainwood. In 2009, Taylor Morrison acquired the site and enlisted help to design and process 1,830 homes within a new master planned community. Situated at the base of the San Tan Mountains, the neighborhood offers residents scenic desert landscapes and a variety of amenities. The community features over 12 miles of walking and biking trails, a 10-acre park, and a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse equipped with a fitness center, demonstration kitchen, and game rooms. Residents can enjoy a resort-style swimming pool, splash pad, catch-and-release fishing lake, and numerous pocket parks with playgrounds and picnic areas. Its proximity to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, along with easy access to major freeways, makes Adora Trails a desirable location for families seeking a blend of natural beauty and modern conveniences.
