Adora Trails
Comprised of 800 homes on 850 acres, Adora Trails started as a low-density master planned community, originally called Mountainwood. In 2009, Taylor Morrison acquired the site and enlisted help to design and process 1,830 homes and 3o miles of trails within a new master planned community. Within close proximity to the San Tan Village Marketplace and Chandler Unified School District, and nestled near the base of the San Tan Mountains, Adora Trails offers residents the best of both worlds – easy city access and a beautiful desert landscape.
