Augusta Ranch boasts a great location in the Valley with easy freeway access. To the north is the 60 freeway and the 202 freeway is just to the west. Chandler-Gilbert Community College is just 20 minutes away and Topgolf is only 15 minutes. Queen Creek Olive Mill and Schnepf Farms are a 30-minute drive and are great options for families. On the way to Superstition Springs Center, where there is a Walmart Supercenter, is a Costco Wholesale. Just northeast of there is the Arizona Golf Resort & Event Center. Superstition Gateway West, which hosts an Old Navy, Marshalls, and AMC Theater, is close by and also has many dining options to choose from. The Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport is 15 minutes from this community while Sky Harbor Airport is about 30-minutes away.

One of the things making this a desirable community is the “highly achieving” Augusta Ranch Elementary School, which is part of the Gilbert Unified School District. Some of the other schools that make up this district and could be potential schools for your children are Desert Ridge Jr High, Desert Ridge High, and Highland High.
