Being consistent in your contact strategy is essential for conversion to work! Speed to lead is key.  For online leads, if a button has been clicked on a website; chances are high that buttons have been clicked on multiple websites.   A positive mindset is essential when working with online leads and will determine the success factor.  Your mindset in working with online leads will determine your success with online leads. The longer it takes to reach out, the harder it is to convert.

Every lead needs to have a strategic next step every time, and that might be different for each contact. When converting leads, ensure there is an actionable next step and follow-up. This is where trust begins to be established. By taking the time to respond quickly and thoroughly, and by having that next actionable step in place, you will significantly increase your conversion rate of turning leads into prospects!
