Creative Ways to Get Listings
from Your Buyers

Before you can go out looking for buyers, you’re going to need three things: Opportunity, Creativity, and a willingness to take Action. Get tactical and start with the mindset of a buyer as they are going to be the fuel to finding listings. Here are some creative ways to get listings from your buyers.

Now, let’s look at some of the ways that you can get listings from your Buyers:

  • Calling Old Expireds: Find the expireds that most align with the ones you’ve profiled and say you have a buyer looking for this exact home. This may reignite their thought process and interest in selling.
  • Reverse Prospecting: You can call, send an email, or door knock. 
  • Create a List on Facebook and/or Nextdoor: Create a post that says what your Buyer is looking for: # of beds, baths, location, price range, etc.
  • Preforeclosures & Preforbearances: These are great opportunities for people to get out before they have to make payments. This could be a mortgage payment, or an HOA payment as some will put a lien on the home if the owner doesn’t pay their HOA payment.

 

These are all great ways to get out of your comfort zone…and if you grow, so can your business! Know your worth but remember that you are navigating different situations and protecting everyone from liability.
