Once home to cotton fields and rose gardens, Marley Park was developed in phases by Marley Park LLC. Marley Park LLC is an affiliate of the Scottsdale based DMB Associates who developed many master planned communities in Scottsdale. Frist welcoming residents in 2005, this community was thoughtfully organized to provide a livable, walkable community that invited engagement.
