In addition to the public and private trail systems within this neighborhood, there are also other trails nearby, like Apache Wash Trail and Desert Vista Trail. The Shops at Norterra and Happy Valley Towne Center are a short drive south, while Tramonto Marketplace is just north at Carefree Highway and I-17. The Anthem Outlet Mall isn’t too far north on the 17 and Lake Pleasant is 30-minutes northwest and offers boating, swimming, and hiking options. Cave Creek Regional Park is also 15-minutes northwest.
