Terravita
Originating from the Latin words ‘terra’ (land or earth) and ‘vita’ (life), Terravita encompasses 823 acres of Natural Area Open Space (NAOS) in North Scottsdale. Developed in 1993 and creating the harmony of land and life, it was Del Webb’s first all-age community. In 1998, it turned over to a private, member owned community. To secure a lot in this exciting new lifestyle community, original owners camped out and it remains one of the most desirable private golf courses and active communities in Arizona to this day. By keeping amenities current, relevant and modern, Terravita members understand the importance of investing due monies to maintain and enhance member’s day to day experiences.
