Newer local restaurants like Ghost Ranch and Cotton & Copper have been great additions to this area. Just east of the I-10 on Elliott Rd is Ikea, Main Event Entertainment, and a Walmart Supercenter. Large area employers like ASU Research Park, and GoDaddy are also nearby. To enjoy the beautiful Arizona landscape, you can check out one of the many local parks like Desert Breeze Park or Mountain View Park. Getting to Sky Harbor Airport is a breeze and takes less than 20 minutes.

The school districts serving Warner Estates are Kyrene Unified Elementary District and Tempe Union High School District.
