This neighborhood is in a great location and is close by to numerous shopping centers. At the intersection of Rural Rd and Ray Rd there are three, two of which are Warner Ranch Shopping Center and Chandler Sunset Plaza. Warner Ranch has a Fry’s Food and Einstein’s Bros. Bagels while Chandler Sunset Plaza has a First Watch and Papa John’s Pizza. There is also an EOS Fitness and Hop Central Brewery and Taproom at this intersection. Tempe Sports Complex is not a far drive and there is also an Ikea, Main Event Entertainment, and Walmart Supercenter not far from Warner Ranch. If you’re looking to do some serious shopping, the Phoenix Premium Outlets would be a great place to explore. They have stores like Kate Spade, Lacoste and Tommy Hilfiger, along with places to dine at. One popular entertainment venue nearby is the Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass, which holds multiple events throughout the year. Another plus to living in this community is that the Sky Harbor Airport is about 20 minutes away.
Schools in Warner Ranch
Because the community of Warner Ranch is in two different cities, depending on what part of the neighborhood they live in, children living here could attend schools in one of two school districts. Kyrene School District has schools like Kyrene De La Mariposa School, Kyrene Middle School, and Kyrene Del Pueblo Middle School. If your child attends Tempe Union High School District, Corona Del Sol High School and Mountain Point High School.
